Our digital marketing packages include the following services:

• "The Copywriter" Package:

  • Press Releases

  • SEO-first Articles

  • Engaging Newsletter Copy

  • Monthly Package of 8 pieces of Content

• "The Social Media Manager" Package:

  • Consultation & Strategic Planning

  • 8 Organic Posts (including Post Copy & Visuals) for your Channels.

  • 1 Paid Campaign on Meta and/or LinkedIn

  • Social Media Accounts Optimization (social media assets, etc.).

• "The HR Manager" Package:

  • Recruitment Marketing & Communications

  • Onboarding Communications - Materials

  • Internal Communications - Team Newsletters

  • Talent Branding

• "The Mix & Match" Package:

  • Clients can select Marketing & Communications services to create a customized package that meets their specific needs.

2. Service Fee

​

The service fee for each package is as follows:

​

• "The Copywriter" Package: EUR 400 per month

• "The Social Media Manager" Package: EUR 450 per month

• "The HR Manager" Package: EUR 1000 per month

• "The Mix & Match" Package: EUR 500 per month Base fee (Final price will be determined based on selected services.)

The client agrees to pay this fee on a monthly basis in advance, starting from the commencement date of the package.

​

3. Payment Terms

​

Payment for each package is due within 5 business days from the date of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

​

4. Content Approval & Revisions

​

The client will have the opportunity to review and approve the content provided in each package. They are entitled to request reasonable revisions to the content within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. Any requests for revisions beyond this period may be subject to additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

​

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, access to social media accounts, and materials required for the creation of content within each package. They also confirm that any materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.

6. Confidentiality

​

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, strategies, data, and business plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

MARIA EMMA supercomms shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any package, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. The total liability of MARIA EMMA supercomms for any claim related to a package shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the current monthly service fee.

8. Termination

​

Either party may terminate any package with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of early termination by the client, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the monthly service fee.

​

9. Governing Law

​

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
